Hannah's Story
Hannah Small, baking virtuosa, has a degree in Sociology from UConn and a Pastry
Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education. After working in Michelin Star restaurants in Manhattan, she settled in Wilmington to pursue her passion of baking and snowboarding in the town she grew up coming to. In 2015, Hannah turned her passion into a business and began selling her baked goods at a local farmers market. Since then she has grown her business into a brick and mortar location at the Old School Enrichment Center, selling directly to customers and wholesale to local markets and businesses.
